It’s that time of year when the kids are back to school and you’re heading off into the land of work; holidays are done and it’s back to the grindstone. You may think your school days are a distant memory and the only time you’ll be near a classroom again is when you drop the kids off at the school gates… Think again!
Chances are you’re being left behind when it comes to the world of social media and the mountain of knowledge surrounding it. With new algorithms, social platforms, trends and strategies appearing every day, it’s crucial to you and your business to be clued up and in the know.
We like to think we’re pretty nice guys, and we realised that whilst we have a wealth of knowledge behind us, not all businesses and brands have the same benefits, and so like a teacher to a pupil, we want to pass on our knowledge to you! And what better time to do it than in September?
Forget what you know about boring training days, numb bums on plastic chairs and silently playing Candy Crush under your suit jacket – our training days exist with one thing in mind – to inspire you and your employees. We want to interact and engage with you every step of the way, there will be small group workshops and one to one guidance from our team. It’s teaching, but not as you know it.
So what will you learn, here’s a day in the life of your training:
To warm you up will be an introduction to social media, some of the boring, basic stuff and then an overview of what’s new to the market. We’ll explain the ins and outs of algorithms, accounts, trends and what to expect for 2017.
Next we’ll make you an expert on all social media channels, the main ones we’ve all heard of and some of the newer ones you might not know benefit your business (cough, Snapchat).
What’s your target audience on social? Not sure and need to tweak it? No idea what that is? We’ll look at you and your brand on an individual scale, and give our personal outline and opinion on how you can engage and expand your audience.
Once you’re acquainted with your audience, we’ll give you the ins and outs of engagement. Before you know it you’ll be chatting away night and day with plenty of customers and drawing in potential ones.
You can’t engage with people if you don’t have content to engage with, so we’ll be covering the whole topic of content creation and how to publish it. You’ll be in the know for when to post and what to post, and how to use it as a conversation starter.
Once you’re all clued in for content and posting, you need a future social strategy – we won’t be leaving that out, don’t worry! You’ll leave with a clear cut plan on how to tackle the future of your brand.
Finally, you’ll get an in-depth lesson on how to measure and create reports documenting your social success. You and your team will be clued up on how to analyse and progress from each monthly result – you’ll be the kings and queens of social media in your fields, well on your way to anyway. The main thing is we will give you a new way to approaching social media to better your business or brand.
Our training workshops take place twice a month on Deansgate Central Manchester. They run from 9.30am -12.30pm and are made up of around 15-20 likeminded people wanting the same outcome. Our next work shop takes place 28th September and can be booked through our website.
